👁'Looking for the Blessings!'💖

🦋 "It's a funny thing about LIFE...once you begin to take note of the things you are GRATEFUL for...you begin to lose sight of the things that you lack!"         - Germany Kent 🐱🦌 BLESSINGS that come unexpectedly, I consider to be, wonderful "gifts" to my soul! 😃🎁 This morning, whenever, I was turning off the outside light to the deck, and, opening the curtains on the patio door, I unexpectedly, saw a beautiful (it's fur was a patchwork of several colors) CAT (I woke him/her (?) up), who had been sleeping, down, on a chair, in the back yard/pool area, and, I also saw, a fawn, grazing, down - around the edge of our "jungle" (what used to be a pond full of water - for the horses - until Muskrats ruined it - to where it no longer holds water - ha!!). 🤣🐴🐀 💖🙋🏻 My life has been filled with innumerable BLESSINGS (expected and unexpected) from GOD (James 1:17)!  I'll never be able to thank HIM enough for ALL of the BLESSINGS, which, HE has bestowed upon, me, and mine! 🙏🏼 How can one ever be grateful enough to 'The giver of LIFE,' for the wonderful GIFT of LIFE?! 😘  🙏🏼🙌🏼💜 If, you are in my LIFE (even only through social media), I consider YOU, one of my BLESSINGS ("gifts")!! 😃💖 Not only is LIFE itself - a MAJOR BLESSING, but, SO are a multitude of things with which, we continually enjoy, many of which, we completely "take for granted!" 😏😔 The following are some BLESSINGS, that, come to my mind, of which, most of us "take for granted":  breathing, sunshine, eyesight, hearing, Bibles, churches, touching, tasting, walking, eating, food, drinking coffee, air conditioning, heat, clothes, shoes, loved ones, homes, cars, pets, spouses, ETC., ETC.!!  You get "the drift," I'm sure!! 😚 HIS BLESSINGS to us, are endless! 🙌🏼 Sometimes, it straightens up my mind's perspective of my LIFE, whenever, I make a list of every single BLESSING of which I can think!  And, as I write them down, I pray, and, mainly thank 'The Good Lord,' for each of them.  If, you have never done this, you might want to give it a try!?  What could it hurt?! 😘🙏🏽🛐 Every now and again, I must remind myself that, 'The Giver of Life,' is also...'THE BOSS,' WHOM, also decides whenever each of us shall depart from LIFE on this earth!! 😳 That is quite a SOBERING thought, is it not!? 😳 Regrettably, For a very long time, I took my, overall, good health, "for granted!" One day, whenever, I am ALL well, I am determined to not "take it for granted," ever again!! 😔🙏🏼💜 The following are a few "FUN" things that, I am, right now, as I type, reminding myself to NOT  "take for granted," ever again:  laughing 😂, family - get togethers, vacations, and the such, traveling, enjoying things such as - oceans, theme parks, etc.!  I could go on and on, and list so many gifts that are given to us from God, in which we should cherish! 🙏🏼  I'll let you make your own list, or not!? 🙃 💖 I know that I know, that, if, God would have just left me alone, to be the person whom I ONCE WAS, I probably would not have this 'BLOG,' and, I'm as sure as anything is sure that, if, I did have a 'BLOG' (way back then), today's post would NOT have been about God's, gifts and blessings, to me! 🤗 If, I would have had a 'blog' back then, it would have been ALL about ME, in a self-centered sort of way, and, about "worldly" things, such as:  partying, booze, getting what I wanted, materialism, guys, ETC.!! TRUTH bomb!! 😕 ALL of the, pleasures and difficulties, in which, I've experienced in my life, have been, sent and used, by HIM, within me, to humble, teach, mold, make, etc., me, so that, my life shall, honor and glorify, CHRIST!   ✝️🙌🏼 I'll be the first one to admit that, I needed to be majorly HUMBLED (I still have a long way to go with this 😏😉)! 💜 It is extremely sad, whenever, an individual cannot recognize, and, be grateful and thankful, for the countless BLESSINGS with which GOD gives, him/her throughout his/her life! 😔  📖 (PSALM 119:37 - what this Scripture says - GOD has, and continues, to do this for me!) 😃🙋🏻🙌🏼✝️💜 One has to be, self-obsessed, BLIND, too busy, or something like that, to not be able to "SEE," the multitudinous "BLESSINGS/GIFTS" with which GOD GRACES humankind (individually and corporately)! 🌎👀😣 As 'children of God' (in Christ), we are able to see beyond "natural BLESSINGS," into "spiritual BLESSINGS," as well, whenever, we read and study The Word, and, "listen" to The Spirt, meditate, pray, and the such! 👁📖🙏🏼🕊 Therefore, we should be a supremely, grateful and thankful, bunch (CHURCH)!! 😘🙌🏼🙋🏻💜 IF, we are consistently "walking in the spirit," we shall be, grateful and thankful, and, we'll want to share with people about, HOW, SUBLIME and bountiful, ETC., our Heavenly Father IS, and, hopefully, prayerfully, WIN them to CHRIST, one day!! 🙋🏻🙏🏼✝️📖🙌🏼💜 Oftentimes, when I need an attitude adjustment, I'll remind myself to, consciously make a decision, to purposefully "LOOK" for Blessings (while I'm doing my typical, daily activities), appreciate, and thank God for, them!!  Doing this, always adjusts my entire being (spirit, soul, and body)!! 😊💁🏻💖 This afternoon, while I was praising 'The Lord,' by "trying" to play the "ivories," and, singing, I made sure that I sang, Robert Deel's anointed song, 'I've Got So Much to Thank Him for,' because, the subject matter of this post has been on my mind, this entire, FINE, Autumn day!! 🎶🙏🏼🎶🙌🏼 🍁 My hope, is that, it will encourage others to do the same! 😘🙏🏼💜 - Robert B., said, "Enjoy the little things in LIFE...for one day you'll look back and realize they were the BIG things!" 💝👶🏻👧🏼👀✝️...just a "lil" something for us to think about...👋🏼...until next post...
