👯‍♂️ 'FRIENDSHIP FRENZY' 💖

💖👯‍♂️ "A man (person) that hath FRIENDS must shew himself (or herself) FRIENDLY:  and there IS a FRIEND that sticketh closer than a brother" (Proverbs 18:24)! 📖🕊🙏🏼✝️💜 First of all, JESUS is the, "GOAT" (greatest of ALL time), and/or, FRIEND, who, sticks closer to HIS FRIENDS (each of us), than any person! 🙌🏼✝️💜 Let me say that, sometimes, I succeed, and sometimes, I fail, at being a GOOD FRIEND, and/or, even just being friendly! 😏🙏🏼 My intentions are usually to be, a good friend and/or friendly, but, there are times, whenever, various "things" hinder me from "living up" to my intentions! 😔 Am I the only one who oftentimes "feels" like a failure in this, and, other areas, of life?!  Too many times I "fall short" of, mine and other people's, EXPECTATIONS (perceived and/or real)! 😩🙏🏼 Based on this Scripture, UNFRIENDLY people probably aren't going to have very many FRIENDS!  This thought caused me to think of another Biblical verse:  "Be not deceived:  evil communications corrupt good manners" (1 Corinthians 15:33). 📖🙏🏼💙 So, while one (especially, a Believer) is attempting to be friendly (from pure motives - to love like Jesus, and, glorify HIM), simultaneously, one needs to be cautious, with whom, he/she, fellowships (spends a lot of time)!  The Bible seems to be telling Christians to, be friendly to "everyone," however, be careful, with whom, he/she, habitually "hangs out" (fellowships, socializes)!! 📖🙏🏼 Actually doing this, proves to be "easier said than done," like many of life's scenarios! Right?!  There are many "balancing acts" on life's journey, and, this matter of "friendship" is definitely one of them! 😳🙏🏼 Another dimension to the "friendship balancing act" is  - discerning and deciphering - who - and - who is not - a TRUE FRIEND!  However, through - prayer, discernment, The Holy Spirit's help, etc., one CAN figure out - who is a real friend, with whom to "hang out" (habitually), and, who is a fake..."friend," etc.!  And, IF, one LETS HIM, HE shall also, help one to - apply all of this knowledge - literally to - his/her real life scenarios, which, whenever, one does so, that knowledge applied - becomes wisdom! 😘 🙏🏼💞👯‍♂️ It has been said, that:  "True FRIENDS are like 💎 diamonds, precious and rare!  False FRIENDS are like 🍁🍂 leaves, found everywhere!" (t-u - 'Inspirational Women' on 'Twitter) 😘💖 TRUE FRIENDSHIP is a, beautiful and blessed, GIFT, in which, one gives to, oneself and to one's FRIENDS!! 💖👯‍♂️💖 I really TRY to be a, sincere and true, FRIEND, to the precious souls, with whom - God has put in my life, and, I consider to be my FRIENDS. Nevertheless, I "fall short," "time and time again" (with this subject, and, lots of other subjects)!! 😩😏🙏🏼 I've heard it recommended that, one should try to BE the kind of FRIEND, which, one desires his/her FRIENDS to BE, or, one wishes to attract!  Or, in other words, the kind of friend, in which, one actually IS, is the exact kind of FRIEND, in which, one shall, attract and/or have!  I suppose that, the "sowing = reaping principle" is applicable here (Galatians 6:7-10)! 🖤➕🖤=🖤🖤 Exactly "WHAT" we, give and/or do, to other people...other people, do and/or give, in the same proportion, somehow, back to us! 😗 Proverbs 27:17 says:  "Iron sharpeneth iron;  so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend." 📖⚔️👯‍♂️💖 Whether or not we, realize and/or accept, that, we and our friends, INFLUENCE one another,...it is a FACT that - we do! 😙😮 Another aspect of the subject of FRIENDSHIP, is that, a person is largely "viewed" (categorized socially) by people, according to the company, in which, he/she keeps. 👯‍♂️👀🤳🏼 I'm sure that, you have heard the saying:  "Birds of a feather...flock together!" 🦅🦅🦅🦅 This is a wise truth to consider, whenever, one is choosing FRIENDS! 😉 I'd rather be thought of as, "flying high with the Eagles," rather than, "pecking the ground with the 🐔 chickens" (or eating "road kill" with the Buzzards), Ya know?!?! 🐔🐔🐀🤣 I have SO many true, personal stories, in which, I could share with ya'll, however, as to not embarrass, offend, or whatever, anybody, I choose to not! 😉😂☺️...YOU'RE WELCOME!! 😘💕💕 I love 💖 the song by, Michael W. Smith, entitled, 'FRIENDS!' 🎶👯‍♂️ A REAL, TRUE FRIENDSHIP, is one of the most blessed gifts, in which, one shall be given in LIFE!! 🙌🏼🙏🏼👯‍♂️💖 LIFE LESSON:  BE VERY SELECTIVE WITH WHOM YOU ARE FRIENDS ("trust your GUT")!!  AND, CHERISH AND PROTECT - AUTHENTIC FRIENDSHIPS (not taking, it and your friends, "for granted")!! 👯‍♂️💖🙏🏼 Please, let me, introduce you to my best friend, and, recommend to you, that you, strike up a FRINDSHIP with HIM - also, and, HIS name is...JESUS!! 😘✝️🙏🏼 I am SINCERELY, VERY, thankful and grateful, for all of the FRIENDSHIPS in my life, with which, GOD has blessed me!!  I have a strong, deep desire for, all of my precious FRIENDS, to know that, I really am - grateful and thankful, for each one of them, and, our friendships, the times and memories, which, we've shared, etc.! 👯‍♂️💖 Their part in my life, and, mine in theirs, mean more to me than, I'm afraid - they'll ever know!  I, sincerely LOVE - every single one of my FRIENDS!!  If, we are FRIENDS, and, you are reading this,...KNOW that,...I 💗 YOU!! 💖🎶 I've loved the song by, James Taylor, entitled, 'You've Got a FRIEND,' for decades!  I used to have the lp album (vinyl record) of it. 📀🎶 To me, this song is a perfect, musical definition of TRUE FRIENDSHIP! 👯‍♂️🎶💖 Now, I'm going to have to listen to it - via 'You Tube!' 👂🏼🎶🔊😘😂 Okay, so, I just listened to it! 😘 Ya know, no matter HOW wonderful a friend may be, Jesus is the only FRIEND, whom, I have, who, is ALWAYS, available and willing, to "be there," for me, who is also, able, and, has the "means," to give to me - WHATEVER (only HE really knows) - I truly need! ✝️🙌🏼🙏🏼💜 'What a FRIEND We Have In JESUS,' is another favorite song of mine! 🎶✝️☺️ I haven't decided if, having a TRUE FRIEND, or, being a TRUE FRIEND, is better!? Have you?!  One thing, in which, I DO know, is that, TRUE FRIENDSHIP, is a wonderful gift, which, is to be, nourished, cherished, and enjoyed!! 🤔👯‍♂️💖...SO, LET'S, choose to live a "FRIENDLY" LIFE (for the glory of The Lord (Believers), from this day - forward, ya'll!! 😘 I think that, TRUE FRIENDSHIP, is like, "icing upon the - cake of life!!" 🎂🍰...and, "IT'S ALL GOOD!!" 😋...EAT UP!!! 😘😋😃..."One FRIEND can change your whole life" ('Old English Co.' quote)!...🙌🏼✝️🙏🏼💖...👋🏼...until next post...
