'Expectations'

💜🤴🏼🦄 ''Twas contemplating earlier this morning upon - the possibility of this post being about -  my experience - thus far - with the FANTASY of - me - being rescued from life's troubles - by a - PHYSICAL, "KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR" (for the post - I'll be using (MKISA) to represent the phrase/title, "My Knight in Shining Armor"). 🛡As a you girl, I imagined him being, Elvis Presley, Donny Osmond, or another one of my celebrity "loves!" 🤣 🤔 I had not yet decided - if - I would indeed write about (MKISA) - or not - whenever - I came - out back - to the deck - to do SOME of my daily devotions, this morning. 📖✝️🙏🏼 Now, I do believe that, I shall! ☺️ As I do, most mornings, I sat down at the old table - on the deck.  The table top, was my great grandmother Hill's, so, it's probably - close to 100 years old, and, most likely, made by my great grandfather Hill (?).  I began reading one of my devotionals - one, and then, another (probably mates) Cardinals - flew across the back yard - from one tree to another - very close to me!  Years later, my aunt and uncle, attached a new, rod iron bottom to it, and, used it as their kitchen table.  And, as you know, if, you've read my previous posts, my sister and I, have seen many Cardinals, since uncle Gene's passing, in really peculiar places, "seemingly" directed from Heaven (in our opinions). 🐦❤️🐦❤️ Obviously (in my opinion), 'The Good Lord,' put them (Heavenly visitors - no doubt - visiting with "angelic" assistance) in my eyesight's view - and, "it just so happened," whenever I was thinking about my great grandparents, and the such (not a coincidence - as I've written previously - I don't believe in them)! 👀😃🙌🏼❤️ I was talking to Tina, my sister, later this afternoon, and, after not seeing any Cardinals for a while, as I haven't, she also saw a pair on her back porch, this morning, while looking out her kitchen window! 😳 Nobody can convince me that all of this is a coincidence!! 🙌🏼 GOD is too gracious - in bestowing "buckets" of HIS goodness upon me, and mine!! 🙌🏼 Thank YOU, 'LORD!!' 😌🙏🏼🙌🏼💜 Thirty six years ago, I, the naive, romantic, etc., "girl" (nineteen years young), that I was, truly hoped that, (MKISA) had come - to - rescue and spoil - me, etc., and basically - make me happy, whenever, David (my husband), entered my life! 🙄 WRONG (not much - offense to him), and, my realization of this, happened very quickly! 🤣 The fault wasn't his, nor, mine, really!  Although, my expectations for a man to "fulfill" me, was a great contributor! Don't get me wrong, David is a wonderful person (with some vices - as we all have), nevertheless, he is still, just another imperfect - human being, like me, and, everybody else (even you - DEAR reader)! 😉 Ladies - please, QUIT (for your own, and, everyone around you's - good) - waiting for a "Prince Charming" to find you, take you to paradise, and, live happily with you - EVER AFTER, and/or, expecting a man (except 'THE ONE') to make you happy, and/or, fulfill you, or any such notion!!! 🙄 The only man who can do this, is 'Christ-Jesus' (THE GOD/man)!! 💜✝️🙌🏼 I know that ONLY - HE CAN - by experience!! 🙌🏼 WHENEVER, I LET HIM - HE FULFILLS ME!! However, HE is a "true gentleman," and, does not push HIMSELF upon me!! 🙎🏻‍♂️📖✝️🕊 I must correct myself here! 😏 I apologize for incorrectly writing a previous statement in this post! 😗 My "Prince Charming" actually DID come to me - in the form of a gorgeous, 'Shetland Sheepdog!' 🐶 I named him, 'Frazie's Prince Charming,' aka - 'PRINCE!'  He was born on my birthday! 🎈🎉 He was my birthday present - that year!  We purchased him from our friends, Dale and Brenda. He was a darling, little dog.  Our family loved him. 💜 He loved  herding my horses (he WAS a 'S. SHEEPDOG' 🐑 🐶 after all), and, chasing vehicles, which, ended up being the cause of his death (being hit by a car). 😢 At least he died doing something he "LOVED," or, "ENJOYED," doing!! 🐶🚗💜 That was a VERY difficult day for our family, especially - Jeremy (he was a senior in h.s.), Darius ( he was only a couple years young), and myself, because, we saw it happen, and, there was nothing we could do to stop it! 😩 The guys were washing Jeremy's car, and, Prince darted out - toward the road - very quickly! 💔😢 Prince was eleven years young, and, was still - very healthy. 😔 Life is full of u expected occurrences that - cause our emotions to "roll," up and down, etc., like a rollercoaster 🎢‼️ Is it not⁉️ However, what's even much more important to me - than having had Prince, my horses (which I also really miss) and, other pets...God has sent me - SO many precious people (BLESSINGS) throughout my life (please, know that, IF, we are acquainted with each other, then, I consider you - one of these precious people - including David), which, greatly overcompensates for - not sending (MKISA)!! 😘😃👩🏻🙍🏾‍♂️‼️Christian Life Tip:  we'll be happier - if - we'll dwell upon - who and what - with which we've been blessed, than we shall be - by - obsessing over - who and what - of which we've been deprived‼️ CHOOSE TO BE - THANKFUL AND GRATEFUL - for that with which we've been super abundantly - GRACED AND BLESSED‼️ WHY should God give us - anyone or anything else - IF - we aren't appreciative concerning the gifts with which HE'S already given us⁉️⁉️ 🌅🍁FRIDAY: 🍂 I'm loving the feel of "Fall coolness" out here on the deck, this very fine, God-given, southern Ohio, Appalachian, morning! 😃🙌🏼💛 David should get home in a few hours, "the good 'Lord' will'n," from a revival meeting, in WV, where he's been preaching - this past week (PTL - many decisions were made - for Jesus, etc.), so, I've been "alone," however, I am never - really - alone, because, my 'LORD,' is always with me (Joshua 1:5, Matthew 28:20, John 14:18,27, Hebrews 13:5+6)! 🙌🏼📖🙏🏼✝️💜 Physically, (MKISA) has not, rescued and doted over, me, however, SPIRITUALLY, someone MUCH BETTER than (MKISA), actually DID - come to my rescue - thirty four years ago, WHOSE name is, 'JESUS CHRIST,' and/or, 'CHRIST JESUS!' 🤴🏻👩🏽✝️ The great thing about HIM, is that, HE loves me SO abundantly that, I am not the slightest bit intimidated by, nor, jealous in, sharing HIM - with you!! 💜 HE'LL gladly be your SPIRITUAL "Knight in Shining Armor," and, SO MUCH more than that!!  He'll be your - Savior, Redeemer, Elder Brother, Living Water, Prince of Peace, Lord, ETC., also!! ✝️💜 IF, you are interested in being rescued - or - 'SAVED' by HIM, please, find a Bible, and, read (at least) - Romans 10:9+10, then, obey what it says, and then, you'll have the TRUE - SPIRITUAL - "KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR" (and, one day, as part of HIS GREAT SALVATION - HE'LL deliver our physical, etc., persons, also)!! 📖🙏🏼✝️🙌🏼💜...👋🏼...until my next post...
