'Kimmie Sue's "LIFE LESSONS"'

🎈🎉 New Year's, Eve and Day, are right upon us! 😳 And, I am TRYING to be excited about this! 😑 Hopefully, each of you ARE excited for "YEAR 2019!" 😘 I just have many matters presently in my life, to which, I am adjusting, and, with which, I am dealing!  I believe that, with help from The GOOD Lord, I'll get the VICTORY - soon - for HIS - honor and glory!! 🙏🏼📖✝️🕊🙌🏼 The wonderful hymn, 'VICTORY in JESUS,' comes to mind, because, my victory is 'IN HIM,' not - in  mySELF!! (1 Corinthians 15:57) ✝️  😍 Several years ago, after MANY years of failing at accomplishing my New Year's resolutions, I decided to not make them any longer! Ha! 🤣 And, I have not! 😘 Therefore, I HAVE succeeded at accomplishing the intentions of the decision to not make N.Y's resolutions! #WINNING!! 👍🏼Woop!! 🤣 I DO have a couple of "life resolutions," in which, I set a couple months ago, which are:  1)  Continue to - seek to - know and do - God's per...

❤️🎄 CHRISTMAS... 🎄 💚...is a "magical" time‼️(LUKE CH. 2) 🎇 Most people enjoy this magical season.  I've always enjoyed it, however, I must admit that, sadly, my, awareness and enjoyment, and, celebratory expression, of it, has weakened - gradually - the last ten years, or so. 😢 It really saddens me that, I have LET this happen! 😔  However, my appreciation for the real meaning of Christmas has increased, deepened, and, matured, etc.! 💚 📖🕊🎄❤️ The younger ME (up to the age of 21 - the age I was - whenever - my mamaw Hill - died from Cancer), assumed that, our family Christmas, celebrations and traditions, would remain the same - as they had always been - for the past twenty one Christmases - for the rest of my life, which, was very naive of me to assume! 😞 Because, from that Christmas on, even through this Christmas "2018" (this coming week), our Christmas activities have continued to change - many times - over and over again - as have - many other thing...

❤️🎄 The part in the Christmas play, in which, I was given, by Ms. Annalee, whom one didn't want to - disappoint, displease, upset, etc., was memorized, and, the night of 'Sedan Baptist Church's' Christmas play's presentation had come. 🎭✝️ I could recite my part perfectly - at home - to my parents! 👧🏽 I was probably two years young. 💗 My part went like this..."baby Jesus came to earth...to save us all from sin...have you ever opened up your heart...and, let The Lord Jesus in?" ✝️ I have said that little saying - oftentimes - through the years - since that dreadful night! 🗣💞 I can't imagine that, I'll forget IT - as long as I live!? 💘😂 Anyway, it was dreadful, because, whenever, my time to speak came, the very shy, little girl that, I WAS, upon looking out at ALL of the people, who were staring at me, became, "paralyzed with fear and shyness," and FROZE!! 😳 Then, with several "stern-faced" (in my estimation - anyway) adu...

✝️🤦🏻‍♀️ It pains me to type this, but, for the good of whomever this b-post may help, I shall type it anyway!...I used to be a "KNOW IT ALL" (I'll be using "KIA" to represent this - in this post)! 🤷🏻‍♀️ There...it hurt my pride, but, I typed it! 🙋🏻 I didn't realize that I was!  However, the Lord has, providentially and patiently, taken me through, circumstances and situations, throughout my life, to humble me, etc., and to, slowly and gently, make it clear to me that, I was (and, still can be at times - with the "right" triggers - ha!) a "KIA," and that, nevertheless, HE loves me - unconditionally, BUT, doesn't want me to continue being a "KIA!!" 😏🙏🏼✝️ I didn't realize that I was a "KIA," but, I should've, which, is another matter, in which, God is using as part of the humbling process through which HE continues to take me! 😔 I mean, instead of choosing to not come across as a "KIA," I c...

💑💖💑 Directly in front of the table/desk, where I, sit and work, etc., a lot, in my eye's view, on the gas log mantel, are two framed photos, one, of my, fraternal, and, another, of my, maternal...grandparents, with whom, I was very close, and, spent a lot of time. 💖 All four of these dear souls, are in Heaven now (based on their profession of faith in Christ Jesus), and if, I allow myself (which I only do every now and then), I can become extremely sorrowful that, they are no longer here, with me, on 🌏 earth. 😪 I'm sure that, you have people, who have passed, about whom you feel the same, and, probably handle missing them, the same as, or similarly, as I?! 💖 I also, have photos of other loved ones throughout my home, which, I typically don't dwell upon, my love of, shared memories, etc., as I daily function around my home, because, if, I did, I'd be a "MESS"...in a constant state of despair! 😔 I usually choose - to keep the "door closed" on m...

✝️🎶🎶 I listened to a song that, I'd never heard, on the radio this morning, on my way to 'Sunday School,' entitled, 'I Want to Thank You,' by, 'Karen Peck and New River.' 🎶 And, I really like it! 😃 I recommend that, you listen to it, also, if, you've never heard it, especially, if, you are a Believer!  I, shared and tweeted, it on my, Facebook and Twitter, accounts, the day in which I first heard it, however, I'll, share and tweet, it - again - after I post this blog-post, for, anyone who'd like to listen to it. 😘💖👍🏼😃 It's about, admiration and thankfulness, to God, for the people whom, HE sends, and who, allow HIM - to use them - to be witnesses - for HIM. 🙌🏼🙋🏻🙋🏿‍♂️💜 Their enthusiasm glorifies God, and, encourages HIS people.  I think that, even - unsaved people - appreciate - a Believer whose - enthusiasm for Christ is very obvious in their lifestyle (words, actions, responses, etc.)! 🙌🏼 These enthusiastic Believers - hono...
